Located within the West Hollywood Design District, Melrose Place puts residents in the heart of a major dining, shopping, and social hub of West Hollywood. At over 80,000 sqft, the 4-story multi-family development with 28 condominium units was crafted in the transitional modern style with a focus on natural materials such as sandblasted limestone and teak. Amenities include an entry courtyard and a recreation room inspired by the indoor/outdoor LA lifestyle with vertical wood slats for shading that wrap from the courtyard, through rec room, and back out. The offset building silhouettes add a playful sensibility to the modern ambiance.
