This project elevates a single-family residential home in West Hollywood to a three-unit property, allowing for the client and two tenants.  The site is arranged with a 2-story townhouse in the back of the site, and two single-story apartments stacked in the front.  The design for this project centered around allowing each unit access to a piece of the site, which led to the inclusion of a subterranean light well in the center of the design, and an accessible rooftop patio.
