A new multi-story building nestled in Beverly Hills, serves as an exclusive retreat, embodying a minimalist atmosphere that celebrates a natural, simple lifestyle. The design prioritizes clean lines and minimal form, harmonizing with the surrounding environment. Inside, a synergy between design, architecture, and the local area is evident in every corner, creating a space that is both contemporary and timeless. Large open balconies and strategically placed glazed areas flood the interior with natural light, while Teak wood brise soleils add a touch of warmth and elegance. The rooftop offers an active outdoor living space, featuring vignette seating areas and vibrant activity zones framed by contrasting paving systems and raised planters. With clear and opaque glass railings surrounding the balcony area, sanctuary exudes simplicity and honesty, inviting residents to embrace a fresh and uncluttered way of living.
